Because let's face it...............that's all it is

I've been around on the outskirts here for a little while (like most who start here I guess) but after taking part in the Marham Charity Track day I though I'd formally introduce myself on here wavey

My Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec running a few little tweaks.................well, more than a few thumbup

Currently running around 140 bhp (not confirmed but have dyno for 139 bhp/136 lb/ft torque with fewer tweaks) will shortly be fitting ported/polished head and Pipe Stage 2 cams which should hopefully take me nearer to the 155 - 160 mark (conservative figure) when they are all set up properly and chipped/mapped appropriately which is nearly 50bhp over standard so I'd be well chuffed with that!

Anyways, nuff talking..........pics!!!

however the whole posey bit is only part of where I get my kicks from

The obligatory pose

I do also have some videos which I will post up (if people wish) when I can access youtube (when I'm not at work ). If anybody wants to know any or all of the full spec then by all means ask

I know in most eyes it will just be a 'chavved up Focus' but i've had it for 3 years and I've sourced ALL the parts and fitted them myself so it's kind of my baby!!! It's the first car I've ever tinkered with and the whole learning process has been great fun and I've learnt so much to the extent that I'm now pretty confident at doing pretty much any job on it, I've done pretty much everything else bar an engine/gearbox/clutch change!

However with knowledge comes responsibility so I'm also a technical advisor/moderator of the FFOC and happily share my knowledge and experience so if anybody wants any help/advice about a Focus then feel free to ask me

Hi Dave wavey

Your Focus looks spot on, at least you are doing things and learning as you do them. The Zetec is a cracking engine to work on and very tunable, it'll be good to see how far you take it.
