Yeh really like it mate. Looks much more 'Planted' than the other smaller engined models in the range.

Have you ever driven the old CTR? How does this one compare?

I traded in the old ctr to get this one. Ive not really floored the new one yet, but handling seems better and its much more refined and has loads more toys. Just what i was looking for!

Ive driven both and I agree, lot more refined esp without the pronounced Vtec kick at 6k...

Its not as manic as the old one is it? seems a lot more grown up. Did you go for the footwell 'ambient lighting' ? £200!?!?! couldnt believe it when i heard that

£100 quid for mats? That's bloody nuts, what are they made out of, gold?

Have you driven the old CTR and does the new one feel slower/less raw?

The mesh suits the front, looks good in silver too. I think black would also look excellent.

im sorry but sit back and have a good look at it. its gash, i could kinda see the "its nice for an mpv look a like" in the last type r. but thats just plain worng. im sure it drives fantastically but unless it comes with a brown paper bag helmet its no worth it

This Type R is an odd one. I just can't decide if I like it or not!!! It looks much much better than the standardish ones driving around but it still just doesnt quite gell to my eyes - I think its the back, its just too heavy handed. Also, I reckon its very colour sensitive; think black would probably be the best colour...
