The old wheels were pretty nice. I might even go as far as say they are nicer than the ones you have on now.
But the rally spoiler ? What's that look like ? I'm inclined to say don't do it.

I do think the old ones were nice but they looked confused, as the car came with the rally car bumpers and skirts (factory option I think??) I thought some rally style wheels would look better. Must say your the first person to prefer the old wheels!!
As for the spoiler, I will find a pic of a car with one on.
Be right back..............
Cool, I had an 8v copper coloured one and after that a 20VT. The first one is perhaps the car I miss the most of my previous steeds. My first performance car. They were always hugely underrated IMO. Very Mk2 Golf like to drive (no surprise really!) but with more civility and comfort than contemporary competitors like the Pug 106 etc for when you didn't want to drive around with your hair on fire.

I like that Were you in southport by chance on bank holiday monday? i saw one the same colour as yours with the same bumpers.
I almost went Southport but didnt.........
Must be another about......
Looks smart anyway You made the right choice not going to Southport BTW, roads were chocker in and out!
I had the 16v version and as said before it was very similar to my mk2 Golf GTI 16v . The only thing that let the Seat down was the paint faided badly (kiwi green) . Your car looks so much better with your new wheels . I changed to a french car , but not for long picking up Leon Cupra tomorrow .
