Sounds like you've got yourself a good example there. I agree that it would look the business if it had the drop!

Thanks for the comments. I got a 14 day 'fix it or else' from the police the other day for the plates so i had to take them off.

The car is getting coilovers when the weather picks up a bit....i dont do working on cars in the cold.

Nice

I used to have a vr6. Still get misty eyed about it and find myself browsing the classifieds for a new one every so often.

Dont modify it though, they are perfect as they come. Apart from the pony stereo.

Nice colour as well.

i have to do something with the suspension. i think the shape of the car is really nice but when you look at how high it is its like a coupe tractor. although im putting coilovers on im not going to put it stupidly low....i have to struggle to get in it as it is never mind being on the floor. Not going to do any other mods except some wheels

Fair enough. I always try to make a point of not telling people what to do with their own cars, but I do like a nice original vr6 corrado.

Post some pics of the car once done as it would be good to see it.

Will do. Im still undecided on which wheels to go for...but not going bigger than 16". The car came with a set of 17" bbs wheels and it wasnt as good to drive as it is with the 15" speedlines on.

One of my all time favourite cars, the Corrado VR6.

And this is a very nice example too! I like them best when they're standard, or near to.

Great pics too.

Leave the wheels alone they suit the car really well. I have a soft spot for vr6's and especially the noise they make on full chat
