Out with the Maestro (well soon....)

In with the Scimitar,

Essex V6 with about 215bhp 4-speed Box, 970kgs.
A few minor mods to be done and then she be ready to take on anything that challenges.
Waiting for next year and the season to start.

Love old Scims, had two myself. Looks thoroughly inappropriate going sideways, which makes them all the better laugh

Jelly,

Idon't do Cloth Cap I do this

www.classic-club.co.uk/

Swinging 60's Series.

Pick n choose to suit (like Joe does). 40 mins 1 or 2 driver races.

If going to Autosport the club stand is CM23 in Hall 10 which i will be on.

Your 6 would be eligable as the only regs are,

1. The cars must maintain their original engine type and vehicle silhouette, although aeroscreens are allowed. Side windows may be removed on open cars

2. The cars will run on Yokohama 60 profile tyres, or Dunlop historic L or M tyres (for the V8 cars)

Class structure:
Up to 1300cc
1301cc – 2000cc
2001cc – 3000cc
Over 3000cc
Lotus Sevens
Cars with original V8 engines (to run on Dunlop Historic L or M tyres and maximum 15” wheels)

That's it.

See what you think

Cool, will check that out.

Think going to busy with house stuff for Autosport.

Steve Watton (of the Monster Griff) asked and is there (maybe same stand) ones of the classic car stands, promoing a book on all national race championships, say hi if you see him.

All the Best

Yeah Steve is on our stand promoting his book.

Will porbably read most of his book on sat and sun when the pen takers are allowed in as they not to interested in national motorsport just names and their cars.

Christ this is where Joes has been hanging out for that last few years

www.classic-club.co.uk/ Just checked last few years - think I am going to be doing more of the tracks I like from now on instead of chasing championships and going to places that are way to far to justify.

He must clean up or at least be in top 2 or at worst 3 of these races.

HO ho ho hehehe
