i had a c36, great car and very fast.

brake disks and pads all round costs £1,000+ so best to buy from a dealer with a warranty and take a good look at these bits

Had one now for a couple of months - a really great motor, but beware your licence is at risk, at 3000rpm, flex your toes & you've got 3figure speeds. Engine is a jewel and gives around 25mpg on my daily slog (mostly motorway) - steering took a little geting used to - dead, very little feel but quite precise and the upside is stability down the uk's ever deteriorating back roads. Brakes are excellent miles better than the Alpina I had before but not 911 league, though this is a relatively heavy car. It'll never replace my 964RS but if my licence survives I'm likely to keep for a long time. - just got to find a good place to get it serviced in the midlands!
