WOW R5 turbo.

It takes me back to when i was 17 and my friend bought one on a "C" plate in pearlescent white.

I was driving a Mk2 escort at the time and the R5 was like a space rocket.

Oh nice cossie too

That's a stunning example of a Cossie, the condition is fantastic. You must have really looked after this one.

unfortauntly the r5 is sold but the cossie is still with me and what an example she is, just recently got a full 3" exhaust!!!! flames galore!!!!!

Very nice, an old bloke up the road from me has a blue Cossie, really nice condition. Hardly drives it so must be low mileage.

When my cousin had a R5 turbo as a company car (those were the days!) I had a drive in it on the Snake Pass in the wet, WOW! It was so fast when I was used to driving Minis (this was in the late 80s).
I think they made about 120bhp and in a car so light made it really lively.

I LOVE the Escort Cosworth....

When I was 15 motoring just couldn't get any better... I STILL love that car. Congrats on a minter!!!!

thanx guys!!! glad you all like!! im having a mass car change atm, ive just changed the audi for a sl55 amg, the clio for a ST focus and sold the r5, thinking of selling the escort for a zm coupe!!
