First of all, hello. People call me Grez, Im 19 and Im from 'oop north. Saw this site absolutely ages ago when I was at college, then forgot all about it until I was accidentally linked to it the other day, thought I might as well join up.
Anyway, after selling my (beloved, and I will have another one day!) AW11 Toyota MR2, I finally laid my hands on a '93 Nissan 200SX. Its a UKDM RS13 (1809cc 4 cylinder turbo), and Ive loved every minute of driving her, even the accidental side-ways moments. Not quite as nimble in the corners as my old MR2, but certainly makes up for it on the straights.
How the car sits now:
Not massively powerful, made 140rwhp (170bhp) running only 0.4bar though, which I was pleased with. When I finally find a decent EBC, Im hoping for somewhere in the 200-30bhp range, enough to compete with my work-mates SW20 MR2 turbo.
For anyone who knows these cars, spec is as follows:
-HKS Iridum plugs
-K&N induction
-Apex turbo-back de-cat exhaust system
-HD Stage 1 chip
-VW Golf VR6 fuel pump
-Saab FMIC
-Garrett T28 turbo
Aside from an uprated diff, the only other real mods are Apex springs and shockers, the rest is aesthetic/interior.
I havent got many pics since Ive had her sprayed, so heres some of my favourite old ones:
Hope you like. Im also on the SXOC, and if anyones interested, Im part of a US-based racing site, www.autoblender.com

I've never been a big fan of the S13, but Black on Red looks pretty good

TBH mate, if you're thinking of upping the boost, an Apex Performance manual boost controller is not a bad purchase (AKA a Bren/Dawes device).
I had one on mine and in 3k miles of fairly hard driving and learning to drift it never spiked once.
Setting it up is a ballache though, but once set, thats it
I ran mine at 11psi with stock fuel pump, injectors and plugs with no problems.
With your spec, I reckon you could safely run 15-17psi and easily reach your target
