Has anyone else had problems with engine faults?
The glow plug light comes on and the engine loses power, obviously switching to saftey-get-you-home mode. The display reads "Engine fault, Garage!" As soon as you stop the engine and restart it, its fine. Problem is there is no pattern of occurence and VW can only trace the fault if the light is on when they check it, but as its fine once you restart it the chances of them finding the source of the problem this way is near impossible.
