Buying a new car, it is ever easy?

Yes, I am buying my first brand new car and it's just been painful. I thought it was meant to be enjoyable.

Does it ever go smoothly buying a new car?

Problems I have had are -

Delivery date put back 4x and I am never informed
Could not get colour I wanted for 2 months
Arrangements/orders for extras (parking sensors, space saver tyre etc) not made by salesman
Arrangements for my CD changer to be swapped over not made - so I made them
Not told T&C of GAP insurance until I asked
Called back on wrong number, depsite giving right number about 8x
And more....

Frustrated!

I have complained now, do you think it's justified? I asked to deal with someone else.

Never had that problem.. I would never buy a new car
