Hi... Im new on here, have been lurking for a while (mainly in the classifieds) so thought it was about time I joined in... anyway here's my car... a supercharged golf VR6 syncro

How quick is it?

Whatever I can (ie all the polishing) I've done myself and the supercharger came with the car but I still
wouldn't like to add up how much it's all cost as I'd probably realise I couldve bought a 911 instead!

It was rolling roaded in the summer at 265bhp / 252 lb ft

I was looking for either a corrado or golf VR6 but when I saw this one with 4WD I couldnt say no!

Its a 2.9 VR6, ZR2 Supercharger, Schrick cams, Bosch green injectors, Dastek Unichip ECU, Mocal oil cooler and Hayward & Scott exhaust (no cat) Coming soon... Aquamist water injection & GIAC stage 2 software

Wow, that looks so good!

You got any pictures of the wheels stationary? Do you know where the body kit if from and how much it cost?

Impressive - a very nice spec. That must be putting out, what, 280bhp? Nice.

Still in the wrong car though

Edit: Just looked at your profile. 265bhp? I'm surprised - I'd have thought the cams and injectiors would have lifted it beyond that.

You're right it should be making around 280bhp... I'm going to Stealth Racing next week to get the mapping sorted so I'll let you know how it gets on

The 'body kit' is just a Votex front and rear valance... which was basically an OE accessory, might still be available from VW. Wheels are polished Audi TT competitions...

Had a good nose around your motor at Stonor Park mate (iirc!) - Very nice!!

Thats a sweetly done MK3! Rare being a 4wd too! i have problems getting the power down in my mk2 valver, was considering doing a painful syncro swap but i'm gonna see if an lsd sorts it first!
