New Car after a lot of deliberating
Discussion
I made a post for my next car and looked into a lot of options -
I have owned a lot of hot hatches -Twingo 133 , Clio RS ,Golf GTI , Golf R , M140i , S3 then most recently a 22 Plate M135I
I was looking at an F type or Cayman but eventually pulled the trigger on an M2 Comp F87 because i felt i could get a better version of that car
40K miles 2019 , FDSH, 763M alloys , Cup Pack , Comfort pack basically everything you can get with the car and a more "extreme" version of the other cars i've had really so ticked the boxes

planned some road trips with my mate who owns a 750s for next summer too, first pics of many on a local drive we went on
really happy with it so far

Next job is upgrading my cleaning set up
I have a Karcher Pressure wash got one of those extended hoses which is perfect.
Just bought a Bosch Leaf Blower heard they are good for drying.
Then need to go through all my kit and get some more stuff.
usually I just do a simple -
Pre Wash
Rinse
Snow Foam
Wheel cleaner
2 Bucket Wash
Rinse
Dry
anyone that can recommend some easy products that can improve the process?

Really tidy looking car that OP, this era of M2 is so much more restrained and better looking (in my opinion) than the very latest M2. Looks very right!
As for cleaning gear, in the last six months I have been using Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Wash & Wax, basically their ceramic shampoo and I'm very impressed with it. Years ago Turtle Wax would be a brand I'd never have bothered with but the last few years they have done some great stuff. The shampoo leaves a nice bit of protection after washing. A good topper for a wax of sealant or I guess a ceramic coating.

A clay mitt when washing is handy and collinite 845 is a great and easy to use product to finish a nice clean car

I’d skip the pre-wash and rinse and go straight to snow foam, specifically Bilt Hamber Touchless. This is the only snow foam I’ve found that’s worth using - it does actually have some cleaning effect.I have a Karcher Pressure wash got one of those extended hoses which is perfect.

Then your usual two bucket wash.
Once a month, after the wash and rinse, put some
Bilt Hamber Touch-On in your sprayer, spray over the car and then rinse off with water. It’s an instant ceramic coating, which lasts about a month.
But car cleaning aside, that’s a fantastic looking car. A real classic. Enjoy!
