Lovely, but you’ll need to change your username wink

So much more understated than an RS6 cool

You see that box with white lines you've left the M5 in? The idea is to.... biggrin

It's a bit bigger than the Golf in fairness.

Out of curiosity how does insurance compare to the golf?

it is close thing because when you go sites for quotes the Golf R are cheaper but Admiral slapped on an extra £ 500 for the golf due to where I live they get stolen or crashed more
I am on multi car policy that ends in May so i will have clearer picture then

Lovely, and even more desirable thanks to the new one.

A wheel upgrade or colour change would not go amiss.

Currently owning a Golf r myself and having kept a few fast saloons in the past I'm quite interested in a comparison of the two cars. I think I've probably gone the opposite way to you OP, from big fast saloons to fast hatchbacks and I'm more than happy where I am now. I wonder how different our experiences are!

I am keeping the Golf R for a while I was looking at choice of cars and M5 has cost me 60% less compared to the other cars i was looking at 911, Bentley GT ,or Range Rover

I was amazed at what great packaage the M5 is and performance very good

I went Golf r and full fat RR. Couldn't be happier. I've done the super-saloon thing though.

Only issue happened on Sunday a pigeon decided to play chicken with M5

It looks like just the plastic grill is damaged no bodywork damage thank goodness I will go to the local dealer on Thursay to get quote to fix it it will need the bumper to come off though
