Bought early 2023, used it happily... Great car... Last November I got the 630i, sold the Alfa to my wife.
She used it and abused it, never liked/loved it... She bought an old Ignis 4grip... I bought the Giulietta back, when I say bought, I will when I actually give her the money.
The 630i is epic, alas I need something cheaper to run, the Alfa fits the bill.
Got it mot'd with a tyre, wheel bearing, wishbones... I added better headlight bulbs, led reverse bulbs, wheel and front badges, self refurbished the wheels, my God herself had kerbed them all, lastly new wheel bolts.
Taxed and insured from yesterday... Loaded with tackle and went fishing in the Ribble valley, 100 mile round trip.
Left in 4th gear on the M58/M6, give the dpf a burn, coming off at the tickled trout I engaged Dynamic and floored it (greasy, damp road) spun the fronts up to 5th gear.
I love it again... No it's not as fabulous as the BMW but it is £255 cheaper to tax, twice the mpg and easier to get a 6' for bag in.

Looks very cared for in the photo not the unloved car I was expecting.

Be cool to see how the alloys looked before, look great now.

The headlights on my Giulietta were what I disliked the most, not much throw. Did suit the roads I shared with deer.

Lots of fun to hustle along. I even took mine to Brandhatch and the electronic diff was smart although brake pads suffer

Good to see you’re still enjoying 630, did wonder if you’d miss the Gtv

It did not look like that before, for a woman who takes so much pride in her appearance and ensures the house is kept clean and tidy...
'kin hell she lets cars get mingged in and out.
This wheel is an example, one had a chunk missing as well, liquid metal, filler and lots of sanding ensued.
I removed the headlights, sanded, polished and laquered, added Phillips racing vision bulbs, now acceptable.

I'm glad you're still enjoying your 630i, but that looks smart in that colour - well until you see the wheels anyway!

Sounds very practical and sensible too as a bonus.

Buying and selling cars between spouses? Is that a thing- doesnt that just add unnecessary owners to the v5 ?
Nice alfa btw
