Hi everyone, my partner has a 2019 EX model just coming up to 50,000 miles.
Always Honda serviced
Any feedback on longevity of these motors ?
Time to trade it in before anything major ?

Not as yet, this has not come up
On Honda scheduled servicing

Should be approaching the belt change at the next service, I think they are 5 years/50k - they are around £1,500 on top of the service.

Plus several have failed and taken out the engines too. Not just by snapping, but the belt can deteriorate and block up the engine.

It's a good time to trade it on.
