A brief car history of cars I personally owned; 2010 Clio, loved it through Uni andthe first car that was mines. Traded it for this Honda Civic EP3

Absolutely loved it, got a mild addiction to Vtec and subsequently wrote it off 4 months later.

After various Transits and work vans etc I am finally back in something I enjoy driving, not a patch on some of the readers cars on here but I am in love, so much character and a revvy little 2.0l

I’ve just picked up a brand new one too, Ascot Gray in colour, but I’ve not warmed up to it.

I came out of a BMW diesel with the 8 speed automatic and I’m missing 4wd, the ZF8 box and low down torque. I’m hoping it gels better soon as I have another 3 years with it.

Tech is great, I’ll give it that.

This. The Up! Is MK1 sized, and that's smaller.

That's a nice progression.

It doesn't matter what other people have, just enjoy what you have!

I enjoy reading about Sheds as much as supercars, and everything in between like your car. thumbup

I love mines, nice tartan seats, handles well, looks good and quick enough for British roads. I was between this, the Cooper S and an M135 chose this based on looks alone. Nice gearbox and comfortable on a long drive (2 hours). No manual was the only thing but that is becoming hard to find now in new cars!

I have one of these new Polos and back in the day had several Mk2 Golf GTi and one mk3. Mine is the + and that has a few extras. I like driving it a lot and it goes well. I have done a couple of 400 mile trips in it and incredible fuel economy and handles and grips really well on the twisty bits Driving it back to back with my Boxster and it’s a bit lighter to drive and quieter but you would exp3ct that. On a hot day, the air conditioning struggles and I would prefer to have climate. Heated seats are a great touch and love the wireless car play.
