Looks great in blue, hope you have a towbar for the fuel bowser!
Normally I snort in derision at the muggleness of such comments (having been a V12 Jaguar & Rover V8 powered Range Rover owner) but in the case of Jensens I think it’s probably not far from the mark.Single figures in sprited driving, low teens kicking about?
Awesome car.
I’ve always wanted one. Growing up there was a yellow one slowly dying in Queensway underground carpark in London. An SP I think.
I’d still love one and easily as cool as equivalent Aston’s and a perfect blend of Italian style, British GT design & American power.
Looking forward to updates.

SP ?
Six Pack. Not beers, or abs, or an entry level economy model with a V6.
That “SP” in the name stands for “Six Pack”, a reference to the three twin barrel carburetors fitted to the 440 cu. in. V8 rather than the ‘bucket & flap’ standard single 4 barrel carburettor.
Made it quite the performer for the time, though as you can imagine each cylinder breathing in through 6 chokes does absolutely nothing for economy…
…but the induction roar is sublime.
Thanks for the kind comments 😎A bit about myself my first experience with Jensens was a 1965 CV8 followed 2 Interceptor's (MK 2 and Mk3 383 Engines) followed by Gordon Keeble and a RHD Detomaso Pantera (can't believe the money they are fetching now)
Being a V8 junkie a succession of Mustangs Camaros Chevy Trucks Sunbeam Tigers TVRs Daimler Darts etc followed
I always missed being cocooned in the Jensen Interceptor interior and listening to the soundtrack of the big block Chrysler muscle car engine it's not miles per gallon but smiles per mile
