This popped up on the Car&Classic auction email list two weeks ago . Having a P38, 4.6 Vogue as my daily and considering a change, this caught my eye.
A one owner, mostly LR serviced, 96K mile very tidy example. Gunmetal mostly spotless exterior and black unblemished interior. Matching Michelin fairly new tyres.

First I must say that I love Land Rovers, especially Range Rovers but I have always had a dislike for the Sport. Just too Essex and most of the ones in my price range have been messed around! This by comparison was box standard, had belonged to an 82 year old guy, is in lovely condition and drives beautifully. Power seems outrageous for a 2.6 tonne vehicle which is brilliant and as for handling compared to my old P38 is practically sports car like!

Car is super comfortable, very quiet, fast, relatively economical and easy on the eye.
It is only in HSE trim but has adaptive cruise, sat nav, loads of other stuff as well as heated rear seats.

Early days yet but so far I am really impressed and have pushed the Essex image mostly from my mind! smile

Always really liked these smile That's a lovely spec too,

I had the facelift with the same engine, sounded great, went well, and was always surprised how economical it was.

This car has never towed, therefore hasn’t got the removable hitch.

If anyone has a removable hitch that fits the L320 or Discovery three or four, please let me know.
