Evening all

So having sorted out the SL 320 R129 project, it is now up for sale.

My attention turned to another bucket list car - totally different to anything else Ive owned.....

British
Old
Slow
Noisy
Horrible to drive......

Any old Land Rover!!!

Prices seem to be all over the place but i kept looking and looking for the right project and came across this one!

Its been recently repainted but needed some refinishing with my DA

It was sat on Disco Mk 1 wheels in grey..initially i hated them but now Ive painted them cream I quite like them!

Its a different world in terms of driving experience. You need ti anticipate every corner or junction qay way before!!

Anyway, here are some pics!

That is effortlessly cool, love it. I have fond memories of cruising around the North Yorkshire Moors national park in my old Series 3 rag top.

Very charming. I like the cream Disco steels.

So much more appealing than some kind of Urban-styled Defender
