Sorry - only just spotted this as I'm usually on the TIV forums. No this is not mine. Mine is metallic emerald green and is in pieces at Stroud at the moment. Will post some pics shortly.

Edited to add pic.

If you like mine take a look at the Le Mans for sale on www.renaultalpine.co.uk

I've had it for 6 years and done 80,000 totally trouble free miles in it. When I clocked up the 100k mark I sent it for a total ground up mechanical rebuild. Engine and gearbox showed no signs of excessive wear. Because of the mileage they have replaced all suspension parts and powder coated the rear sub-frame. Respray is next as laquer is peeling.

It's a great car to drive and a superb mile muncher (a genuine GT) as well as being mighty quick. I will never part with it, in fact the wife says I should keep it as a family heirloom.

Hope that answers your questions.

Thanks GOM. Love these cars! Is yours the Le Mans edition?

No mine is not a Le Mans - there are only 25 Le Mans in the UK. However, mine is a one off, originally specced by a Renault Sport franchise owner. It has a full leather interior including doors (very rare), a Le Mans dash and Fagix 3-piece wheels which I believe cost a fortune.

When the car is back from it's rebuild in Stroud (hopefully in a few weeks time) I will post some pics of the interior. If you click the link above you will find a Le Mans for sale - it's a beauty - I'm very tempted
