Recently decided that I need something horrible unreliable and rusty in my life and then last weekend
I found out a friend was parting with his Omega
It's been laid up since 2010 and is a bit worse for wear but who can resist the charms of a big autobahn stormer
Ticks all the boxes
3l v6 manual box RWD and probably quite rubbish
What I saw
Would you look at that big engine facing the right way I was sold
What the wife saw
Needless to say the other half doesn't share my enthusiasm for the big Mig. Can't for the life of me understand why not

struggling to get it insured at the moment not that it matters for the next few months, currently sitting in the bodyshop where it will be for quite a while. its not a sieve but it is crusty in a few places.

Good news!!!!!
its only taken 2 years but its been pulled out of the bushes in the yard and we're now underway
I found myself carless all the rentals are out and I sort of popped the bottom end on the new daily Saab
I have a lovely rattly B235
so it was time to get the Omega underway
