Bought a new car on Thursday, and I've really broken the bank on this one

2003 206 CC 2.0, 82k, MOT until end of August, lots of history inc cambelt and rear axle in 2014, every MOT from new, new rear tyre and two keys!









I had it on the ramp yesterday, it needs a back box, front wheel bearing, two front tyres and some wipers! It'd benefit from a service, but still says 4500 to go on the display. The roof works, the NSR quarter window needs a hand coming up, but nothing that abit of WD wont sort, and everything works!

Gave it a quick wash and vac to see what I'm working with







Going to buy a DA polisher, and see if that NS quarter comes up, then maybe sort the rust myself as it's just surface.

Oh, did I mention it cost me £75? My aim is fixed and roadworthy for another £100!

Bargain. Not my first choice of motor but for £75 I don't think anybody could complain.

That's got to be worth some effort to tidy it up.

As above, not my first choice, certainly left field, and could benefit from a "No hairdressing products are left in this car overnight" sticker

Sit on it for a couple of months and it'll be worth a fair bit more when the sun is out!

I like the 206's and I bet that goes ok.

Do the CC's have the same rear axle as the normo ones?

That can easy be an £800 car with work, amazing what a good polish, bit of satin black on black bits, refurbed wheels, new number plates etc can do to lift a ropey looking car.
