2005 Mustang V-6

This car reminds me of Mustangs I saw around the States as a child (born '65). The retro look with modern tech. I was never a Mustang person, until I test drove this for the good looks alone; then, the handling!!! Compared to an '04, it might as well have been 30 years. That's when I found out that the old Fox platform (1979-2004) had been totally scrapped and this 'stang was ALL new. V6 with an auto doing 1/4 mile in 15.2; 0-60 in 6.8, not bad for me at least! The car weighs 3300 LBS. Although it has the same 4.0 block of the old Capri, it has enough changes and refinments to qualify it as a "new" engine. This is one addictive auto!
