Amazing to find a car with such a complete history.
Very impressive, and a very nice car as well!

I never claimed it was a pampered concourse winner - I prefer driving cars to cleaning them, but that doesn't mean that the car isn't cared for.

There's nothing wrong with the wishbones, the car just needs new suspension bushes as you well know Mark, because you recommended doing that job.

Nothing on my site or PH profile misrepresents the car in any way and I'm a little surprised that you're insinuating it does.

I think it's a shame that people get so bitchy on these forums. All I did was put in an honest opinion.

And for the record, I'm on Jon's side in this matter...

I much prefer driving a car to keeping it perfect. If a car appears perfect then you start to ask questions, it's better to see a vehicle in it's true light.

FFS, I was only having a laugh, keep your wig on mate. As you well know, it's in much better condition than mine... hence the intended ironic piss take. Get a sense of humour mate.

I know Jon from work and was having a gentle rib. It would appear that neither of you realised this so I'm sorry.

Christ, people are so sensitive these days .

I must admit, Mark, that I was really surprised and confused at what I thought you were implying because I know you're a decent chap and we get on well.

I guess I just got the wrong end of the stick.

This is the perennial problem with text-based communication - so much can get lost in translation and things can consequently come across differently to how they were intended.

Still, no harm done and all friends again, I hope.

I didn't know that the two of you properly knew eachother, so my apologies if my last comment came across in the wrong light.
You can understand why I said it though? :-D
