Before anyone make any smart arse comments about the picture, no this isn't my car. It belongs to the american guy who runs the www.quickhonda.net site, but it is most respects indentical. A reasonable sub as I have no recent photo's of mine.

p.s. If you are into quick street Hondas then this is a site worth visiting. I'm not sure how often it's updated, but the site is full of interesting and useful info for the enthusiast on a tight budget (Most of us I guess!).

DM - nice car, almost that same as my 1989 CRX. Does you boot self close as well?

I've been running mine on a set of cut slicks on the road every summer for the last three years. Huge grip - you can drive around anybody.

Cpt. Muppet, Sir.

We must stop meeting like this, anyone would think you were following me!

Thanks! the one in the pictures not mine, but is v.similar. colour model etc. Mine has proper Honda alloys off a later VTi.

Considering how few PH's have cr-x's I thought I was getting the cold shoulder. Only Baby and I are current owners as far as I can see, and his is a Del-Sol. Anyway we're both only 'ickle and can't afford to feed a fully grown S2000/TVR.

Mine might as well be on slicks at the moment too, need to get new boots.

Do you have the Yokohama A032's(?), aqua tusks, you know? My A539's are shafted, and now dicontinued, so I was gonna go for your's next. They were awesome on a 'teg type-R someone had at uni...

...Did my eyes pop out?. Christ they were in my hands!

-Am I gonna Die come winter?
-Do you recomend any thing else?

I love the look of the Prada's but they don't come in my size...bollox! They have the same look as the A008's on my mini...blah blah blah.
Sorry I know I go on a bit, especially about hot... sticky... skinny... japanise... rubber.

I love the little HO...nda, she's a classic rice burner!

Mouse.

p.s. No, I got uprated bootlid stuts when I was working in holland. It now comes up so fast, it nearly jaws you on the way past!

Yeah, I need to get a better paid job before I can get the ITR/F355/ZX7R. BTW we have two CRXs - my wife has a black import (used to have an Astra GTE but she drives so fast I thought I'd get her something that handles).

My cut slicks are only Colway remould jobs - I don't have the cash for Yokos. They stick like a psychotic ex-girlfriend when they've warmed up (the tyres not the girlfriend)

I have mine on a set of spare wheels so I can run on A539s for the winter. They get a bit scary on wet tarmac. To be fair they are sold "for use on dry swept tarmac" so I'm probably in a slightly dodgy insurance situation in the wet. I really recomend them though if your CRX is your second car or if you don't mind changing tyres when the weather turns to shite. They only cost 45 quid plus VAT a corner and last 4-5000 miles.

Nope - that was said in the menacing mumble of a man who has recently bitten the head off a chicken and had forgotten to spit it out.
