I like intergrales! Sweet just a thought, but you see your tyres, might want to make the width a tad wider, as it looks like they are stretched to get on! Love the car though!

they are a little streached, but i dont want wider as the car deosnt need more grip, its lovely and balanced on 205s, but the small sidewall does wonders for steering feel and turn in.

those tyres look more streached than others because of the rim protector bead.

wheels are good old compomotive MOs.

not very light, i think they weigh about the same as the standard ones, but ive had compomotives on other cars and always been impressed by their strength.

i also happen to think they really suit the car.

yep, porsche callipers.

the standard brakes were something i was never happy with. single piston sliding callipers all round. were fine if you stomped on them, but not a lot of feel, and faded pretty easily on my daily commute!

IS that a standard spoiler? Looks like it must add a few quid to your petrol bill! Or not....?

spoiler is standard fit on evos, was already fitted to my car when i got it.

they go on in 3 positions,

right down it folows the line of the roof and tapers down at the back slightly, claimed by lancia to reduce drag.

move the wing section back to the next set of holes and it sits at approx 45 degrees, like this,

and on evo 1s you got a set of extra brackets in the toolkit (for homologation) to raise it to near vertical,

the rally cars always seem to have it upright so i suppose it must offer some advantage. fuel economy is pretty terrible as standard anyway, and since fitting the extra brackets (£2.50 each, genuine lancia parts from any dealer) i honestly havent noticed any reduction in mpg, and its not a car you go for long straightline blasts in anyway although i suspect it does knock a fair bit off the top end.

the amount of stuff it picks up off the ground is silly.

the front of the spoiler will be clean, the back will be absolutly covered in muck. driving over fallen leaves, you dont just see them blowing around, you see them scooped up past the vision of the rear view mirror! i expect the rooster tails on wet roads are pretty spectacular too.

i 'think' it feels more stable at speed with it like that, but it could just be placebo effect.

ill probably get bored in a few weeks and go back to one of the more sensible positions!

pmsl.

Sounds like the GT-Four WRC spoiler. Or whale tail.

2 raiser blocks under the stock spoiler for full on WRC (Kev) effect. Knocks 18kph of the top end.
