Theres an Aussie guy on Youtube who did a V8 conversion on his 986. He fitted one of the Cayman conversion hard tops, and as expected he found the fitment a bit of a struggle. Not too bad in the end though, and I think once fitted they do look good, even if they do have interesting panel gaps.

Yes they definitely have those - it would definitely be a job to get that acceptable and that's coming from someone who has already done a carbon front end on a 996!

Still might make a nice winter project (and a lot of dust in the workshop ).
