interesting panel gaps.
Yes they definitely have those eek - it would definitely be a job to get that acceptable and that's coming from someone who has already done a carbon front end on a 996!

Still might make a nice winter project (and a lot of dust in the workshop laugh ).

Very happy to report that the Booster has been selected by PH as one of the cars to be displayed in the Readers Cars area of the upcoming PH Annual Service, so if anyone wants to know more about it or have a butchers around it then pop along on the day and I'll be only too happy to have a chat biggrin

Pretty sure this is going to be quite loud....

All tacked together so just need to weld it up and make some mounts tomororw. It's tight for room to get a tailpipe on, so I may take inspiration from the original silencer and recess the tail pipe over the pipe itself. We'll see how it works out as this is very much the freeform jazz equivalent of fabrication laugh

We're now on a 5" diameter cat with essentially the shortest straight through silencer going so there is no way this won't flow enough - it might be rather overkill as the standard backbox has balooned a little in some areas so yeah.... that definitely isn't good for 400 beans biggrin
