Cruising along spotted a nice looking girl in mk2 R32. Gave her a glance as you do and she was mighty fine let me tell you.

A Pug 307 flys past me doing at least 90 and blow me(which I thinking anyway) the blues go on and off she flys after the Pug pulling it over.

Keep an eye out for the Foxy Golf Girl smile

seems unusual - on her own and not in uniform....I wouldn't be stopping.

she had a black jacket on but at a glance it didn't look like a uniform. The lights were impressive though. Front and back windows going like mad.

Only used the Toll once, and as soon as I got on I had a unmarked Vectra behind me. Hunting on the toll just isn't fair really, it's like shooting a jumping lamb. Technically it's off the ground, but it's just not cricket!

A friend of mine was pulled over @ 103mph and on the M6 toll and relieved of 3 of his points & 60 quid.

However, they did tell him that it wasn't that quick for the road and that in future to keep below 90mph as he wouldn't have any problems.

Sensible policing in my book.

Yep, I've said it before on here, but I find they tend use a fair bit of discretion.

Generally, if you're driving like a knob, or illegally - expect to get pulled.

If you're just making a bit of progress but showing plenty of observation and consideration for others, the chances are you'll be left alone.

Speeding is driving illegally, even if it is a rather daft law.

The childish side of me loves flooring it at the toll booths once the barrier is raised until I'm up to a thoroughly indecent speed!

Not being picky either, but I think the OP is referring to the car being a Mk2 R32 (as opposed to a Mk1 R32).

Yes, that's quite liberating. Shame I'm always in my 1.3 Tdi work van at the time!

As an aside though, I think the Trafpol sometimes lurk fairly close to the booths to stop this happening.

whilst its the 2nd r32, surely its still called a mk5? does that mean a mk6 fiesta st is a mk1 st?

The M4 Severn Crossing toll area is infamous for this.

I am amazed at the speed some people drive at on the M6 Toll - I use it a fair bit and it's rare to not see someone having been stopped by an unmarked car, I see Volvo S60's most frequently.

Was it a dark met grey R32. I got pulled by one trying to goad me into speeding by sitting on my arse.
