Hi there, has anyone of you driven along this stretch of road at night lately? It has the brightest, most dazzling, new cats eyes I have ever seen. And so many of them. Thumbs up to the Highways Agency
One of my favourite pieces of road, but haven't been down there for a couple of weeks. Are these new cat's eyes the solar powered type, as also seen on a very short stretch of the M" coastbound near Farthing Corner services?
I don't think that they are the solar powred type. I actually momentarily switched my lights off to check and they just faded away. (I hasten to add there was no other traffic around). But there are some solar ones on the A28, north of Ashford, as you pass the turning for Wye
