Quickest way from Kingston to Maidenhead
Discussion
I do this commute everyday and figured an hours journey just seems to long.
The current routes I use are:
1)m3/m25/m4
2) A30, A308 through Windsor passed Runnymede etc
However today I tried using the m3 all the way down to Bracknell today and up and to Maidenhead - seemed ok but got clogged up when I had to get back on the m4 to go from Junction 10 to 8/9@Maidenhead.
Any other ideas?

I used to do this all the time (the Maidenhead to M3 bit anyway)!
You need to take to the back roads, come off the M3 at the same place but you don't want to be anywhere near the M4...
You want to come off the A322 at the open triangle bit, head right onto the side road (also the A322 confusingly..)
Drive along there, very straight, then you come to a right bend with a turnoff to the left, go left.
This takes you to some lights, go straight through, and you want the second real left, up the hill and after the right hand corner.
Follow this road for a while, it will end in a "T" junction, go right, after a short distance you will come to another T, go left onto the A330.
Keep on this and it will take you out to the roundabout where the M4 spur and the A308 meet, you should know your way from there!
It's been a while so I've used Google maps to fill in, I'd study the route first as is quicker but quite tricky until you memorise it.
