Here's a stretch of road that I like to blast on every once in a while - It's a 2.5hr drive from Dubai (where I live) but it's very worth it.

It's about 35kms long and a rock face on one side and a drop to the ocean on the other - it's perfectly surfaced, no plod or cameras and very little traffic.
