Saarburg for a day - need inspiration!

Long story short, on Sunday we had planned to drive east from Saarburg, stop at Hockenheim. Then on Monday morning head to the Porsche museum.

Small problem. The museum doesn't open on Monday.

Tuesday we need to be at Calais. So what do we fill our Monday with? We've done the Black Forest, so that's a no no. What would make logical sense if we have an afternoon train from Calais on Tuesday. So roughly 1 and a bit days of driving.

Can't even suggest the Mercedes museum in Stuttgart, as that's closed on Mondays too!

Everything is closed on a Monday! We've got a plan though, so we're all good.
