I am based in Chepstow (South Monmouthshire way) and looking for fun roads to drive round, upto an hour away from where I am based. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You’ve got so many to choose from!

Personally I’d drive from Chepstow to Usk on the B4235.
Head over to Bafflehaus for a coffee/food.
Then up over the mountain from Abergavenny on the B4246 to Blaenavon.
From here across on the B4248 to link up with the B4560 to head back across the mountains to Crickhowell.

Would probably be a good couple of hours but you’ll get some great roads and some epic views.

For an alternative route, do the first part to Usk, then onto Abergavenny. From there take the Old Ross Road/B4521 to Ross then work your way back through the FOD.
