Odd sign

[Vipers]

Never seen this before with “End” on it, coming the other way as the road narrows to a car width it’s obvious one has priority, which is shown on the approach with just the sign with arrows on, but “End”, new one on me.

This sign is at the other side of the narrow bit shown in the next pic.
