Best Scenic Roads coming/leaving out from the East of Bham?

Hi,

Looking to escape somewhere quick and fast, like around 45mins there and 45mins back like a round road trip. If its really tempting then I could stretch to max 1hr I guess.

Yeah I know wales is excellent however that is towards out from the west of Birmingham and is easily much over than a 1hr+ duration one way.

Which scenic routes is suggested to take?

Or the best driving roads to take when I'm rich enough or win the lottery to buy a Porsche, only in my dreams haha.

This whole area circled in red is where I tend to go for a good drive near by.

Or the bit circled in blue is a nice 20-30 min loop
