NC500 - you are spectacular...
Discussion
Ello...
I recently got my backside in gear and took myself up to drive around bits of the NC500. Now, I quite like technology, and I quite like taking photos, so as well as taking a proper camera, I decided to slap a GoProx Max 360 thingy on top of the car and see whether it would capture some nice footage.
And... I think it did.
In fact, I've got hours (translation terabytes!) of footage, which is going to take me "some time" to plough through. But this is what I've managed to process so far, encompassing amazing scenery and fairly decent weather.

Now, it's not social-media-short: it's 25 minutes of real time plus speeded up footage (depending on the quality of the scenery), so if you're impatient, you'll want to watch on fast-forward But if you want an idea of what it's like to drive around some of the NC500 (in particular, Loch Eriboll), I think it captures that quite well.
Note: I did this for showing to the family rather than explicitly to stick online, but I thought it might interest folks thinking of heading up north. It's not intended to, or going to, win any prizes!
