Couple years ago a friend and I took a road trip. Him in his Audi S5 and me in my '03 Impreza WRX.
Except for day 1 we had amazing weather and could enjoy the stunning scenery everywhere.

Started in Belgium, over the autobahn through Germany to our first stop in Austria. All we did everyday for 2 weeks long was driving amazing roads which we had looked up before we left. From Austria into Switzerland, a bit of Italy and then onto Monaco where we did the famous Col de Turini before resting for 2 days in Monaco and then back to Belgium in 1 day.

Here are videos of the most beautiful mountain passes we have done.

Oberalp pass

Stelvio pass

Grimsel pass

Timmelsjoch pass

Furkapass

Fluelapass

Bernina pass

Albula pass

Grossglockner

Solkpass

Would love to do that same trip again, but we're already looking to do a trip again in a couple years and then do Scandinavia.

Looks like you did a good few of the alpine passes.
Alpine road trips are one of the best things you can do as a petrolhead. Its not all about max performance and what a car can do at its limits, but also about how good the car is at taking you over spectacular scenery. The ability to do it with ease, with involvement, and in style.

I did virtually the same route a few years ago. Absolutely brilliant trip.
