Liskeard to London

Hi, this is a very very last minute post but I'm picking up my newly manual-ed 540i tomorrow from Liskeard and driving back to London. I will have approx 2hrs of daylight as I'm arriving at about 2pm and would like to make the most of it with scenic roads and a nice sunset view. Any rough route, road and general waypoint recommendations? Don't mind taking big detours as long as its not in the wrong direction!

head straight through the centre of Dartmoor - some nice roads up there but watch out of the ponies !

A390 to Tavistock, it goes through Callington. If right for daylight, head for Okehampton.
If enough light b3357 to 2bridges, b3212,a382 back to A30
