Yeovil to Dartmoor / Porlock / Bath- what are the good roads

I'm planning a trip to these areas for 3 days in my TVR (not including the trip down or back from Teesside!)
Being in the North East I do not know the best scenic roads in the south and do not mind 'tight and twisty'.
Suggestions required.

Will probably be April depending on Covid.

Most roads over exmoor are pretty good, even the A396 has a charm but will be busy.

In no particular order
B3224 and B3223 Bishops lydear to whereon cross, simonsbath and Lynton.
B3190 Washford down to Brampton (epic in my view)
B3227 Bampton to Southmoulton, then Umberleigh, Great Torrington and Stibbs cross. Then A388 to Holsworthy and A3072 to Hatherleigh..... but then you are stuck.
B3358 Simonsbath to Blackmore gate and then A39 back to Minehead......but then this road gets very slow and dull.

Never really found much around Bath and Yeovil, unless you take a run over the mendips into pride and cheddar gorge?
