London to Tenby via the Brecon Beacons

Hi everyone

Next week I'm spending 2 days in Tenby and would like to take in a couple of good driving roads en route.

I don't have time to spend hours and hours exploring the area fully (and my Wife wouldn't be impressed) but a couple of good stretches so I could do one each way would be awesome if anyone has the local knowledge?

Sadly not, that route would take 5 hours! I'm hoping someone might do this journey regularly and be able to tell me which route gives you the best bang for your buck.
