Hi there
I’m new to piston heads and hoping you guys and girls can help me
My 17 year old son received a parking ticket whilst parked outside his high school last week
Sixth form students have been parking there for years
I called in at the local police station and managed to speak to the PCSO who issued it
Nice guy and a very amicable chat
He advised me that as the road he and others had parked on had one solid and one broken white line running down the middle, it’s an offence to park and the ticket remains valid
I’m a bit like a dog with a bone i’m Afraid and would welcome your help before we pay the fine
Many thanks
