Great pic, what area was that taken?
Lots of great driving roads wherever you go. Where are you coming from? If you're coming over the Severn bridge don't stay on the motorway. Get off and cut up past Chepstow racecourse, tintern, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Brecon. All nice towns and great surrounding roads that loads of people miss by heading straight up the a470 to Brecon.

As has already been said the Evo triangle now has average cameras. I haven't been there for a couple of years now but last time i was there the police presence was noticeable. Both marked and unmarked cars.
In fact that day i did it in the morning, spent the day over in Llanberis then thought we would do one more loop on the way home. I got pulled by an unmarked BMW as 'that was the second time they had seen me there today'. They were actually waiting for me the the junction that makes the top point as i turned right (anticlockwise direction). I can only assume the marked car that was parked in the layby had radioed through that i was in the area again. As nice as the officers were it put a bit of a dampener on the drive.
There are some great road around there though. The road down to Llanberis is awesome if you get a quiet spell. Some of the roads around Bala are also good.

Earlier this year I drove this route over a couple of days - https://slapadventures.com/blog/north-wales-road-t...
I did the triangle a couple of times and didn't have any issues with the average speed cameras - just stop for photos if you think it will be an issue!
