Good roads from Gothenburg through Sweden and into Denmark?

Next month three of us will be riding from Gothenburg back to the UK, via Denmark (and Germany etc.). Can anyone recommend some great roads heading south from Gothenburg please? Our route will take us into Denmark (crossing at Malmo/Copenhagen), across to Kolding and then south into Germany. If anyone has advice for must see places and good roads along that route it would be appreciated.
