Short driving break

Ok so here’s the deal.

We are expecting out first child in July and my good wife has granted me a pass to short escape with the boys! Now in the past I have done the NC500, the Evo triangle and related roads in Wales, and the ‘Ring so I’m looking for something else.

Any ideas of good driving holidays?
