Dartmoor National Park

It's very scenic but not a good place for blatting in my experience.
I travelled from Bovey Tracey to Tavistock for a few months and the roads are twisty, narrow and also very bumpy.
There are a couple of decent straights but plod are (according to the local rag) keeping a much closer eye on it at the moment and quite a few people have been fined for speeding. The limit is 40 IIRC.
To be fair it's understandable when sheep and ponies are wandering freely all over it. You really don't want to hit a pony.

Most of the moor is limited to 40mph, they did a high profile enforcement day recently.
Unless it's early morning or late evening the roads will be clogged with grockles anyway, always be very aware of sheep & ponies as well as cyclists & walkers.
Some great driving to be had though.
