I'm thinking of a three day long weekend driving trip jumping on a ferry in Plymouth heading to Roscoff.
I have never been there before and so just wondered if anyone had any experience of what the scenery and the roads are like in and around the area?

I just thought it might be an interesting idea to escape the UK for a few days spend some time exploring, The intention would be to try and find some open interesting roads with less traffic than we have.

Not sure when we will go, or even what car we will end up going in, but probably me and a couple of good mates, probably sometime in early summer when the weather would be a bit better

You're not a million miles away from Mont St Michel, which is touristy but not much driving fun.

On the other hand, if you find the Loheac Museum on the map and draw a straight line to it you'll have lots of fun - note, avoid highways and tolls: https://goo.gl/maps/Ddkrawk2bBP2

There's also the pink granite coast which is pretty, and really very close to Roscoff...
