So I had a bit of a fancy to go for a drive, moments ago, but because I am reasonably clever, I remembered that it is approaching rush hour and that it's too late to go for a nice drive now until it get's dark. Fantastic.

Did a little search and came across this:

http://www.ramtracking.com/rush-hour-traffic-in-th...

The key is divided thusly:

Red marker: Top 10 Most Congested Roads
Orange marker: 10 – 20 Most Congested Roads
Yellow marker: 20 – 40 Most Congested Roads

Just click on each marker to see the average speed during 8am-9am compared to between 11am-12pm

I find the red ones around London to be most amusing. Bedford Road (B221) average speed 0.1mph rush hour and 0.3mph mid-morning. 167% increase in average speed! Fantastic.

Are people shchoopid?

Remind me not to complain about the traffic in the Central Belt of Scotland...or was this just made with data from England?

It says UK but as you've probably noticed they're all in England for some reason. Maybe Scotland really is a lot less busy.

I went onto google streetview expecting to see chockablock traffic on bedford road b221:

Doesn't look that bad...
