Northern France for the day!

As the title suggests, going to northern france for a day, possibly two or three.
Any must drive roads around this area or do I have to head further south?

Depends on what you mean by northern France, Pas de Calais / Flanders not so great as it's fairly flat and well, frankly it's rather boring.

Normandy is far superior for quality of scenery, general prettyness and interesting roads.You can drive down to Le Mans in a day from the Normandy coast.

'must drive roads' - probably not in Pas De\Calais. But good roads? err i'd say so, but then depends what car you're driving and what type of roads you ike. Have been over there a number of time for an awayday with 7esque type kit cars - obviously we like smaller / twisties and have never been disappointed.
may well have some itn files for ttom kicking around...
