I think you missed an important bit out of their marketing claim, as they said "longest tunnel that only goes under land and not water in the UK."
What is the difference between a tunnel and an underpass / road under a bridge?
The one listed as being just outside Guildford, under the A3, is, to my mind, not a tunnel.
If you are going to count the above as a tunnel, then:
